With a previous architect we had a disastrous start to our extension planning and our experience with KT Architectural could not have been more different. KTA were completely on-the-ball regarding the design requirements and the planning application process. Design changes requested by the council during the planning process were speedily resolved and we are very happy with the final design and build of our extension.
