With a previous architect we had a disastrous start to our extension planning and our experience with KTA could not have been more different. KTA were completely on-the-ball regarding the design requirements and the planning application process. Design changes requested by the council during the planning process were speedily resolved and we are very happy with the final design and build of our extension. In particular John recommended an extra small window in our main bedroom which has provided extra light (and many friends have commented that it was a good idea). We have already recommended KT Architectural to friends and neighbours.
