Loft conversions
Loft conversions create an extra bedroom and can have the biggest impact on a property’s value. In this case study, our client approached us because they felt their master bedroom was too small for their 4-bedroom house. The house had a large loft area, so we utilised a space on the first floor for a staircase that didn’t take away valuable floor space.

KTA provided architectural designs to convert the loft into a large master bedroom plus a dressing room and en-suite. We also designed dormer windows at the front and rear of the house to take advantage of the excellent views over the adjoining countryside.
