New Flats – Greenfield
This site was adjoining a conservation area and as such, KTA had to work closely with the Council’s historic buildings officer to find a design that was in character with the surrounding buildings.
Project info
As the proposed houses were close to existing houses that had low eaves height, the houses had to have a lowered eaves line with dormer windows which provided light to the first-floor bedrooms.
The houses are located off an attractive private driveway with a very appealing landscaping scheme, giving this small development a very exclusive feel.
